The machine is equipped with an EMERGENCY SAFETY SWITCH according to CE standards.

Cutting is fed by gravity, using oil flow in a dual-chamber hydraulic cylinder.
The desired arm lowering speed is achieved thanks to a valve regulating the oil flow between the chambers.
☑️ The massive, stable, and refined construction and the arm made of a single cast iron provide the machine with exceptional rigidity and stability during cutting, resulting in precise cutting and long, trouble-free operation.
The design and use of a 20 mm wide cutting band fully enable multi-series cutting of both profiles and full details.

The arm, made of profiled ductile iron, ensures rigidity during operation and absorbs all types of vibration. The control panel is located on the cutting arm.
☑️ The desired linear band speed is achieved by changing the gear ratio on the pulleys between the worm gear and the drive motor.
The saw blade drive system consists of two cast iron wheels.
The first is called the tension wheel (adjustable via a lever), and the second is the drive wheel.
The drive wheel receives direct torque from the worm gear, while the worm gear is driven by an electric motor.
☑️ The appropriate blade angle is maintained by a set of bearing rollers.
The machine's base is a rigid rectangular prism made of sheet steel, containing a coolant reservoir with a coolant pump.
The cutter, equipped with a rotating arm, allows for cutting at angles from 0 to 45 degrees.
A cast iron worktable is mounted on the tank, which houses a vise for holding the material and to which the saw arm is attached.
The vise is equipped with a quick clamp/pressure device for the workpiece.
☑️ Safety during the cutting process is ensured by an electrical system that meets all CE requirements.
The machine features a limit switch that stops the machine after the cutting process is complete, an emergency stop switch ("safety button"), and a series of micro-switches that shut off the machine when, for example, the belt drive cover or the blade cover is opened.
Additionally, unlike the competition, our model is equipped with a wire brush that cleans the blade of chips. This prevents the blade from clogging and ensures more efficient cutting.
